Job Responsibilities
• Assist Sales Team in day-to-day customer service issue(s)
• Attend to customer inquiries and troubleshooting
• Preparation of Sales documents
• Working knowledge of electronic inventory systems
• Customer Performance Reports
• Prepare controlled sales documents
• Responsible for reducing loss by tracking, monitoring and logging inventory
• Experience with accounting software programs (i.e. QuickBooks)
• Working knowledge of Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable and General Ledger coding
• Manage entire order process including shipping and ensuring final delivery
• Coordinate orders with site supervisors
Qualifications and Education Requirements
2-3 years customer service and railcar/trucking logistic experience. High School diploma or Equivalent
Skills
Excellent problem solving skills, customer service oriented, communication skills (oral and written), quality and detail oriented, pleasant, friendly demeanor, experience with MS Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), ability to answer a multi-line phone system, ability to provide excellent, individualized customer service in a fast paced, growing work environment
Fluent in Spanish
Knowledge of railcar or trucking logistics
