Corporate Contracts Counsel - Oil and Gas The candidate should have 10+ years oil & gas transactional attorney to join their legal department. You will be responsible for structuring, drafting, reviewing, and revising contracts in compliance with the regulatory agencies. Will be the lead on mergers and acquisition deals and will be involved in structuring the transactions. Licensed attorneys with excellent academic credentials need only apply. Should have had 10+ years of oil and gas commercial transactional experience with a law firm and an oil and gas company. This position does require you to travel 50% of time.
